In my book If I Ever Get Out Of Here the main character Lewis is both inferior and non-inferior. I feel that at times Lewis was/is inferior to Carson because Carson was either making fun of Lewis or beating him up or giving him a hard time and it never seemed that Lewis really fought back when he was being bullied by Carson. Also Lewis was inferior to Evan because Evan beat Lewis up everyday at least once sometimes numerous times and never once did Lewis fight back. Now if you think about it when most people are bullied it is not common for the bullied person to fight back or do anything because they are scared of the bully which in this circumstance is what happened.
Lewis was a non-inferior when it came to teachers, for example his shop teacher could say so many things to Lewis about his past and where he comes from and as hard as the teacher tried Lewis always said something back which took the teacher a little off guard but it was true he was never inferior of teachers. This was a good thing and bad thing because well for one it could/did get Lewis in a lot of trouble and two at least he was able to stand up for him self when older people were making fun and giving him a hard time when it came to where he came from and what happened when Lewis wasn't even around.
That is how the main character in my lit circle book was either inferior or non-inferior.
